All purchases made on vuatro.com are digital products delivered instantly upon payment. Because of the nature of digital downloads, purchases are generally not eligible for a refund once a product has been delivered.
Digital Downloads
Once a digital product has been purchased and downloaded, it is considered used and is not eligible for a refund due to change of mind.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to review each product’s description carefully before completing a purchase.
When We Will Issue a Refund
We will issue a refund, replacement, or resolve the issue promptly if:
- You experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased product; or
- A product is materially different from its description; or
- We determine, at our discretion, that a refund is warranted given the circumstances.
